Owner, Andi Posey, is a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma and the mind-body connection. Heart Centered Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help individuals access their subconscious mind. It can be effective for addressing issues like PTSD, anxiety, stress, phobias, and habits by promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing self-awareness and self-love.

I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy KAP, as a compliment to hypnotherapy, expressive art therapy, or somatic psychotherapy. I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy provides a groundbreaking approach to healing trauma by combining the therapeutic effects of ketamine with guided psychotherapy.
This unique approach uses ketamine as a catalyst, allowing clients to access deep insights and connect with their bodies in new ways.
